What To Do This Summer:

Try this. If you’re interested in design, and want to spend a week in French summer-countryside-bliss, scope Vitra’s Domaine de Boisbuchet.
“Domaine de Boisbuchet offers a large landscape park with pavilions designed by internationally acclaimed architects, changing exhibitions and - in an old mill at the river Vienne - a bistro with a small design shop.
In cooperation with the Centre Georges Pompidou and Vitra Design Museum, a series of workshops are offered in the summer months under the direction of internationally recognised artists, designers and architects. ” Link to: Boisbuchet.
